How to Join

 

Step One

Join the Discord server located here: [link].

You will then be directed to the #Introductions tab where you can provide your basic

information to be given a guest role and then begin interacting in the general chatrooms.

Step Two

Go through all our provided information within the website and the

Discord to find what is and is not allowed when making

characters, as well as learning about the community expectations for our group!

Step Three

Create your character!

*Keep in mind that you can re-organize the written portion however you'd like

just so long as the required information in the link above is present.

*Note that the three separate backgrounds correlate to different locations on the map, not to different Clans (...yet).

Those characters that live on the mountains should choose the high mountain background, same for those that live in the groves.

These backgrounds can be changed later as your character chooses their Clan.

Step Four

Once the written and drawn applications are finished

post them in the #application-review channel in Discord with the form below;

• Discord Username: (username#1234)

• Nickname: (the name we'll label you as in the server)

• Social Media: (Your username and on what platform(s) i.e. DeviantArt, Instagram, Tumblr.)
  (This is so we have an alternative account to contact you at if need be)
   

• Written Character Application: (link to document)

• Drawn Application: (picture, can be posted separately)

• Notes/Concerns: (any questions or comments you may have in relation to your
  character or the group)

Your application will then be reviewed by a member of the admin team. If all is well, an admin will react with a checkmark emoji, and your character will be promptly added into the group and placed within the appropriate #reference channel on Discord. 

 

If your character needs some edits or changes though, an admin will claim your application with their own emoji and send you a DM to begin working with you on your application. There is no time limit on making these edits, but make sure to message the admin working with you when your edits are complete. 

 

Once everything is all set and an admin approves of your edits, the admin will notify you of your acceptance, change their emoji on your application to a checkmark, and add your character to the group and place your application within the #reference channel on Discord.
