The territory this group takes place in is very loosely centered around the state of Pennsylvania and has just about
everything in it that you can think of. In the early days this territory had a completely different look with the residential town of Sunny Ridge being new to the land and in development. Nowadays time has changed the land and while Sunny Ridge still exists the booming town led to the emergence of other neighborhoods and businesses ultimately turning the surrounding area into a small city. What used to be small farmland has now become neighborhoods bordering on what constitutes as a national park and protected land.

Initially started by farmers but ultimately taken up by the rest of the city, then state, was the desire to preserve the long-standing nature that was the valley. With a significant portion of the land already taken over by new towns and businesses it wouldn't have taken long for the rest of the land to be bought and sold to whoever wanted it. This was put into an end when the petition to protect the land was accepted and thus the valley was preserved. Initially known and beloved for the large lake in the center of the park that reflected the stars at night and invited adventurers and campers to come see the park earned the name, 'Great Shining Lake National Park'.

Now people may frequently come to visit the once struggling resort aptly named, 'Sunny Ridge Resort and Spa', as a vacation spot known for it's excellent service but also it's offers of guided tours and events within the park. Another large attraction quickly started when visitors became aware of a rather significant amount of cats within the area. Guests could hardly believe just how often they'd see one and they alone became a staple of the territory.

Another large change is the territory that initially belonged to ThunderClan and WindClan -once known as lush forests with large trees and long stretches of grasslands have since been transformed into a dense swamp and marshland. It is not uncommon to see alligators or crocodiles in these spaces as the territory is almost surrounded by water. What does remain nearby though is the camp site that used to host the old Gatherings, these days it's still frequented as a camp site that people stay at during their vacations.
