Journey to The Plains
Moon 121 - 141

The clans had survived the biggest fight of their lives, but it came at a heavy cost. The island that they had hoped to be their haven resembled something more violent than even their valley was. The land itself was sick and barren. The water made cats sick, the prey tasted bloated and sour, and everything seemed to be withering around them. But, many were searching for missing loved ones for a sense of closure, but their stubbornness was getting tested. As cats started dying around them due to sickness or dehydration or hunger, the leaders came to the decision that they needed to move.
Many cats decided against following them to the new territories. Some had only seen conditions worsen as they moved with the leaders and others didn't want to move on without their lost loved ones. Ultimately, the clans decided to leave their violated home in search of something habitable.
A vast amount of cats on the perilous trip went missing or died. From rockslides, to natural predators, and even to simply losing track of where one is only to get left behind, the journey was a huge challenge for the cats that remained with the clans.
This new hardship gave the five clans something to bond over and borders were once again blurred in favor of a friendly massive group that looked after all of its cats. New whispers of alliances were formed and friendships that could transcend borders were firmly established.
The clans had come across a very promising piece of land that seemed perfect for cats to live in. It had a river network, towering trees, dark and bright forests, and a beautiful moor. Each piece of territory seemed to have a give clan's name on it and it was one of the easiest processes of dividing territory that the clans had ever had. All seemed well for the clans.
After everything that the clans had gone through, they decided that they needed to return to their roots. Ever since the clans had changed their names, it seemed that everything was just downhill from that point. The clan names they just had to that point was an unfriendly reminder of the mistakes and betrayal that they had experienced. ShadeClan reverted back to its name, ShadowClan. LightClan reverted back to its name, ThunderClan. BreezeClan reverted back to its name, WindClan. CloudClan reverted back to its name, SkyClan. RippleClan reverted back to its name, RiverClan.
Even more promising than the types of territory, the Moonpond was discovered by some medicine cats. This enabled the appointed Reedstar to receive his nine lives. It was assumed that Robinstar and Rookstar would go onto obtain their's as soon as he did, but due to the mysterious circumstances surrounding their leadership, it is heavily speculated that neither of these leaders officially obtained their nine lives.
During this time of settling into the territories, Rookstar went missing. This left his young daughter, Burningstar, in charge of SkyClan, She had her clan officially settle into the mountains that were in the territory in a similar fashion to the leaders of the past.
Robinstar has the same fate, especially after she is heavily questioned on her capabilities of a leader after having been the mate of a corrupted tom. She did not see it coming and many could find at least one reason to not trust her. She was succeeded by a tom named Thornstar; a former SkyClan warrior who claimed to be a reincarnation of a cat from RiverClan's past. His optimism and pride was a much needed breath of air for the clan who was quickly being stigmatized as untrustworthy.
However, after a few moons of settling in, the appearances of hostile rouges increased a significant degree and cats were turning up dead. The land that had ShadowClan border WindClan was notorious for its spike in violence.
Burningstar went missing after her short reign as leader. Once again it is highly speculated that she never revived her nine lives. She was succeeded by Cloudstar; a she-cat who would be one of the main forces behind taking care of their problem with the rouges.
After receiving a message from StarClan, Cloudstar is told to team up with ThunderClan and WindClan in order to take on the rouges head on. Together, the clans operate as one massive clan in order to snuff out their common enemy as quickly as possible. Unwilling to be outdone, ShadowClan and RiverClan pair up and work on their own separate effort to remove the rouges. Together, the clans ended up winning by a landslide and to the victor went great territory.

A massive snowstorm hits the clans. The damage that the snow has caused all through the territory displaces twoleg and animal alike, allowing the territories to get flooded with a wide slew of disruptive creatures. Wayward foxes cut WindClan's prey back to a dangerous degree and SkyClan's mountainous territory is practically burred and covered in a thick blanket of fog that leaves them to be sitting ducks for predators. The clans that are affected the most manage to heard the creatures out of their homes and pray for the snow to melt away soon.
